phpBay Insert Not Showing on Template

I noticed that feature #6 on the homepage is:[

I]6. PHPBay insert included in template if PHPBay is installed as a Plugin.[/I]

but I do not have the phpBay insert as an option when creating the post template. I have also tried manually typing the phpBay snippet tags, but that does not work either. I also deactivated and reactivated the phpBay plugin, but that did not work either. Any ideas?

phpbay works on a lot of client sites. PM me the wordpress admin credentials to your site and I'll see if I can't find out what the problem is.

Was there ever a solution for this problem? I don't have the PHPBAY option in my templates either. Tried variations of activating and deactivating the plugin.

FYI for those who have a similar problem. I played with it for a while and can use the function even though it's not displayed.
