We use CformsII from http://www.deliciousdays.com/cforms-plugin for all our business sites.
I tried to tweak it to capture the WFReview comment ratings but WF always loads outside the submit and /form tags.
CformsII is such a powerful alternative to the WP comment form it would really help us if there were a check box switch that would simply move the WFReview comment form rating inside the CformsII field set.
