Just a note.. for Thesis users.
with 1.13 version
If you use <!--more--> tag
... the [read more link doesn't work]
instead this shows in the post for the link >>>
/#more-1" class="more-link">[click to continue…]
However the post is cut at point of insertion.

<!--more--> is used to create a 'teaser' , cut the post so reader has to click link to read rest of post.
