hi -
the video is very helpful, but I have some additional questions:

1. can users submit a review for a product that is not listed, in essence, create a post?

2. can the ratings of multiple products (posts) be displayed on one page. e.g. the top 10 rated posts in a category. Similar to:

3. can additional attributes be included (in a structured format) that are not rated? (e.g. price, warranty) so that they can be displayed in a table. Again, similar to:
http://www.wpreviewengine.com/demo/

4. do you have a google maps integration on the roadmap? or can i hack it with another plugin?

5. how is the "overall rating" calculated?

p.s. sorry for referring to the "competition" - I like your product much better and am totally going to buy it if it can do most of the above.

1. No, the product they want to review has to already exist as a "post" within WordPress.
2. This is not supported at this time. We have a considerable number of new features on the roadmap right now and we'll definitely consider this for a future update.
3. This is also not supported at this time.
4. This is not currently supported but is a top priority on the list of new features for the next update (version 2).
5. The overall rating is just the average of all the individual ratings on a post. So if there are three ratings: 1, 2 and 5. Then the average is 2.6666 (rounded to 2.5) and the overall rating is 2.5 stars.

We appreciate your compliments and we think our competition also has a great product. I personally feel that the competitor you links to is more targeted towards affiliate marketers that setup review-style landers for PPC and our product aims to cover a larger audience by support the directory creators and affiliate reviewers.
