Is it possible to list all the categories when a user wants to upgrade/claim a listing? Right now, it just displays categories that have posts. Categories that don't have any posts in them yet are not displayed.
Seems to work fine when starting a new listing, but not for existing listings

Also, is there any way for the admin to be able to upgrade a post to featured without having a payment. For instance, I have a database of posts to seed my site and I want to make a few of them Featured so I can show potential customers how it will look. right now, it looks like I have to go to the post as a user and select an option and then pay for it. Admin should be able to override this and bump it up.

thanks

In the short term, use a coupon to cover the cost so you don't have to pay for it. I will add manual featuring in an upcoming release. I am not sure where the value of listing categories when a user wants to upgrade/claim a listing because the listing that is to be claimed should already be properly categorized.

a lot of times, we scrape data and it is not always correct. some businesses also cover more than one category, so they might want to be able to select a category that is more appropriate than the one we created for them.

I tried the coupon to cover the full cost of a listing, but it still sends you to paypal, even though the amount is $0. Paypal will not allow you to 'pay' yourself through your own account, so there is no way to get in there and finish the process. thanks for adding it to the next release
