How do you get the comment ratings to display properly?
I apologize for posting on the public forum but my emails are not being answered.
What email address is currently being used for support, or how do I contact support since the gmail addy doesnt seem to work?

I must have made a typo when sending the emails, typing is not one of my strong points.
Thanks

I've narrowed the problem down to CSS in your theme, it's not 100% WP 2.7 compatible, but we'll work on it today to get it where you want it to be.
Sorry for the delay.

Any news?
I haven't heard back from you since the 26th when you said it would only be a few hours.
The user generated comments are still completely dead, the javascript rollovers and option to choose a star ratings do not work at all. I installed a completely new wordpress 2.7.1, wfreview, and am using the default wordpress theme to test/troubleshoot. There is no way to blame the theme since this is the wordpress default theme with no changes or mods, not even a single post or comment, just the ones that are already loaded.
The fake comment ratings and ratings in the post itself look fine with this default theme, but like I said, the user cannot add star ratings. This was the major reason I spent the money for this plug-in, to have interactive sites where visitors rank the products.
Hostgator.
WP 2.7.1 - default theme
FYI - the carebrite site has also been down for days with a:
The encoded file /home/wwwcare/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wfreview/wfreview.php requires a license file.
The license file /home/wwwcare/public_html/license.txt is corrupt.
Thanks
Thanks for the heads up about carebrite.com. This should serve as a good reason to follow the instructions and upload the license.txt to the plugin folder NOT the root folder of Wordpress since future Wordpress upgrades overwrite the license.txt file in the root.
Now to the problem at hand...
Are you referring to the old-school default theme or the "kubrick" theme with the blue header?
Please PM me your site URL.
