I'm pretty new to this but bought WFreview recently with the intent to build some PHPZON and PHPBAY sites.

However i didn't think about how I am going to build my content. Can anyone point me in the right direction for content scrapers that i have seen mentioned here.

There is no real "scraper" program as most scrapers are custom to the dataset. Your best bet is identifying the data you want to scrape, then having something written custom.

Yahoo scraper is available for free via Wickedfire.com, do a search for 'yellow pages scraper' and you'll find it.

http://www.seocracy.com has some databases too.
