Hey Folks,
In order for us to more efficiently get you up and running, we need the following if you're reporting an install problem.
HOST:
TYPE: (Shared/VPS/Dedicated)
Do you have Root Access?
Have you contacted your host and asked that they install Ioncube Loader?
Do you have CPanel as your control panel?
If you have CPanel on a dedi/VPS, you can add Ioncube yourself through the rebuild apache option.
If you are using Godaddy... We'll have to have a coming to Jesus talk, but in the mean time, unless you have a VPS with them, we'll need to be involved with the install.
