Feature Request: Top Reviewed or Paid Review Spot

If we are using this say for a local business directory and intend on getting people to pay for listings or features, it may be nice for a little paid / featured review section so we could have the option to include another tag with the featured item, along with the regular reviews below it.

Could also be extended to show the featured review as a widgetized sidebar for inclusion on all other pages or something..

I know this can mostly all be done relatively easy by just modifying the templates, but it would be cool to be "all in one".

Sure, I think we should try and get others input, but this is what I have on my list for such an item:

- Ability to mark one post as "featured" - or possibly a "page"
- Ability to include template tags for the featured post
- Maybe an extended or separate template for the featured post/page

So, I envision it something like this:

- Add your regular csv data + ratings + categories
- Go back in and select one of your posts, select that it's "featured"
-- alternatively, can select the post number/page number in template tag
- Enter template tag to your theme to show it wherever you want.

For our example we'll be using it with restaurants and offering a premium position on the site for those that wish to pay to be listed first, and always first.
