Can't get "update posts" function to work

Each of my posts has a unique ID, and I'm trying to update a few custom fields for each one. But when I select the ID as the unique identifier and then run the import job, it just creates new duplicate posts.

I've also made sure the categories are the same.

Am I doing it wrong?
