I already have plugins to link keywords to affiliate links and mask affiliate links manually, but I'm curious if anyone knows of something (preferably a free plugin) that I can use to automagically go through my posts and create redirects to hide my affiliate links. The reason I ask is because of all the unique affiliate links created when using product feeds. Prior to buying the wfreview, I never really dealt with product feeds and did everything by hand.

I'm not sure, but I'm gonna find a solution to this as I could use it too. Give me a day to spec something out or workout a deal with a vendor who does what we want.

Let's start with you documenting here all the features/functionality you want it to have.

I'm looking for some basic functionality since these sites are automated and being pumped out without too much thought.
I figure the best format would be something that searches for all external links on your site and presents them to you in an interface that let's you quickly input a slug for the redirect for each link and then submit and have all the redirects created and a search and replace automatically done to replace all the links selected with the new clean/ redirect links.
Once a link has been processed, it is not shown any more because it will no longer be external, but there could be a feature that checks links against the redirect DB to see if a slug is already created for an aff link and auto fill the slug field with the slug that is already created. Also, if a slug is chosen that is already in the DB, for a link that doesn't match the link already tied to that slug, it should append the slug or tell the user to use something different.
It would also be nice to be able to hide any links you don't want to see in the dashboard so it doesn't continually bring up links you don't want to redirect, but you can reveal them any time if you change your mind later.
If possible, it would be cool to have check boxes next to each link and of course a "check all/none" option. Along with this, it would be nice to have a random string generated in the slug field to speed up the process for those who don't want to write the slugs manually. This option could be overridden by simply deleting the auto slug and typing your own. Anything that is not checked will not be processed.
It would also be good if you could have a screen to view all the redirects you have in place, just for maintenance purposes.
A nofollow check box option for each link with a check all/ none link or button would also be helpful.
301 redirects are fine by me, but you could give redirect options like some of the other plugins. Also, there are plenty of plugins to manually create short URL's, but this functionality could be added as well.
Let me know if you need any more input or clarification. You're the expert, so however you do it or whatever you find, I'm sure will be great. I'd just like to be able to automate the process since it is really the only major bottleneck in creating these sites.
Thanks man!
