What is the most ideal duplicate filter plugin one could use with WFR?

If you are trying to filter out duplicate data during your import, then it'd be best to remove the duplicates in your CSV using Excel or OpenOffice. Furthermore, if your data feed an "ID" number for each record, WFR will treat duplicate entries with the same ID as the same record.
