Getting "Lookup error: 602" for Google Maps

I inserted my Google Maps API key in the options area, but in the posts where it should display, it just shows "Lookup error: 602". Is this a known issue?

Make sure your address is correct. It's 100% likely it is not.

add, city, state, zip

Yup - that was definitely the problem. Guess I should learn to use the search function. One thing I did notice though, not all themes play nice with displaying the Google Maps. Had to switch themes and now it's cool.

I have that... ummm. maybe i need to look at the csv file i uploaded because i think i have all them in one column but it's in that order...?

is there a way to turn the map off, if you don't want it....?

Just don't include the map in the post template. If you space the fields:

| [address], [city], [state], [zip]|xx|xx

it should work.

is it possible that it's not working due to be Canadian addresses...? we have province & postal codes - should i be changing that data too...?

To be honest, I've never messed around with Canadian Google maps, but I'm sure you can play around with it and test, see what your options are. Send me the first 20 lines of the CSV you're using and I'll take a peek when I get a free moment. nickmattern@gmail.com
