Importing csv fields into All in One SEO fields

I'd like to learn if its possible and if yes how to import from a csv field in order to populate the All in One SEO fields for Title, Description, Keywords and Menu Label. I do not know if this is possible using the 'Custom' capability.

If I understand that functionality correctly then I have to create a csv header that matches the Custom Field area of WordPress. I believe that same table also holds the All in One items, even though in wp-admin they are displayed separately.

Is this possible? Has some one found a way to pull this off?

Or maybe I import these fields in to a Custom Field and then later go do some mysql magic to move the data? (but if I had to do that . . . well, I could just go do all the importing there)

fyi, answering my own question and sharing it for the benefit of others.

This is possible. I created titles for the All in One SEO fields to import content in to the AiOS fields for Title, Description, Keywords, Menu label

No issue at all.

To do this yourself and confirm that you have the write field names, go into phpMYadmin, go to wp_postmeta table, click on the browse tab and scroll through the results until you find an existing post that is using all of these fields. If you do not have one that is using all of these fields (you are doing something wrong) ;) Then go fill them in for an existing post or page or create a new one then review the db again.

You will want to look for the information for AiOS in the meta key field.

ex _aioseop_title

highlight and copy that and paste it in your csv file in the header for All in onse SEO title. copy paste it as it is with the underscores and everything. Its not pretty but that's what WordPress needs to get this right. :)
