If your data will be updated at a later date, WFReview can keep track of the posts based on the "ID" column you select from the data. This column in your data should contain a unique identification number. This will enable WFReview to locate the created post when the same data is imported again. During the import process, if WFReview finds an existing post with that identification number, it will update the existing post with the new data, instead of creating a new post.

What if you want to delete an existing post, rather than update it, when importing new data?

It's easy. Your data source should have a "category" column. Name the "category" for that row as "delete" and the post will be removed when you import the new data.
