Trying to download plugin

I just signed up for the free trial and can't download the plugin. The only things I can download are the install guide and the zip code database. I'm really interested in this plugin, but this is already getting frustrating. I've tried using firefox and ie, and tried a different computer. Nothing works. Is there another way to download or can I get a link sent to me that actually works?
