How about a option to make categories from a column of your csv? The site I am building is going to have the city as the category right now I am going to have to copy and paste like 50 lines to make the categories.

I am sure someone else is going to run into this.

This feature already exists. It is the bottom portion of step 3 when you upload CSV.

Install the v.1.1.1 update, should fix any issues outstanding.
