Step 2 not working

When I click Step 2, Create your post template, I get this response: "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

CSV is uploaded.
I am using HostGator, Ioncube is installed.
Shared hosting with control panel.
HostGator does not allow 777
Did I leave anything out?

I've talked with two different people at tech support, They both tried to run the script and got the same results. Both say everything is working well with Hostgator that the problem is with the plugin.

Any idea how to fix this?

I had this problem, have you downloaded the most recently released version? There was a fix for this, I had the same exact problem. Your using the new wordpress 2.8.1 right?

Right what ViperBite4 said, try updating to the latest plugin that should help if you are on WP version 2.8.1. For the permissions, I would recommend just setting 777 for the upload then changing to say 755 which is safer.
