coupon and domain question

hi there,

I entered a coupon but my paypal total doesn't reflect the discount. What do I do?

I am occasionally asked to develop sites that are hosted anonymously. I absolutely cannot register these sites with you and maintain the anonymity my clients require. Is this a licensing issue?

Send the coupon code to support@reviewpluginforwordpress.com .. on the domain issue I'll be opening up the code so that its no longer encrypted. So the licensing should not be an issue going forward.
